Thoughts/review :  Since taking the Hair Growth and strength tablets it definitely took my hair from looking dull and lifeless to looking more lush and healthy and I even noticed some baby hair growth along with extra volume in my hair and this was one of the main concerns I had. I love it.

Debloating + Digestion

Thoughts/review : If you looking for a product to get your bloating in check the debloating+ Digestion is for you. After using these tablets you can definitely notice a difference LESS BLOATING for sure. You can also notice a huge difference in overall digestion. It also helps being more regular than usual which is great leaving my tummy feeling less congested. I must say they key ingredients such as fennel , milk thistle and turmeric which is all great to tackle and help fight bacteria and helps with inflammation and remove harmful toxins.

Review : Dove Go Fresh Cucumber and Green Tea Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Body Spray

I hope you having a good start of the week thus far . Today I will be reviewing the Dove Go Fresh Cucumber and Green Tea Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Body Spray. 

I must say this is such a different scent to the usual, the cucumber and green tea has a super fresh smell once applied and is definitely great for welcoming the upcoming season Spring/ Summer. The Go fresh Dove is one to add to my favourites pile which I see me purchasing when doing shopping. I love that the scent remains and very moisturising once applied to the skin. I like that the scent is very uplifting to give that extra mood boost to get your day started.

Review : Sh'zen Mixed Emotions Eau De Parfum

 Hey Beauties , 

Hope you are well and enjoying the weekend. Today on the blog I'm sharing a new fragrance -   Mixed Emotions Eau De Parfum by Sh'zen. 

This sent is definitely for someone who loves something citrus . This is normally not my ideal type fragrance but it grew on me as I wore it over time. Once the fragrance settles in the skin its not that potent as you might think which is nice because you can smell the sweetness of the citrus and vanilla.

The fragrance has an energetic lightness of bergamot , Juniper Berry and Lemon and a depth of vanilla. 

If you someone who loves their scent to linger when entering the room this might be the fragrance for you giving you the extra empowering feeling you need. I also love how aesthetically pleasing the bottle looks , I love how simple and minimal it is. The Fragrance retails for R539.

Review : VitaminMe - Daily Multivitamin and Sleep + Anxiety Vitamins

Hope you are all having a good day thus far! Today on the blog I will be discussing some health products that have been sent over by a brand called Vitamin ME . If you are looking to improve your health and getting the proper vitamins I'm sure you will be able to find a vitamin to suit your specific needs to gain your full optimal health.

I was asked to choose the ones I was interested in to test ,  I gave my list and they kindly sent me the following . I used my answers from the online test to give me an idea of what I needed most.

In this post I will be reviewing the Daily Multivitamin and Sleep + Anxiety.

 Daily Multivitamin 

• Improves energy levels 
• Promotes healthy immune system
• Supports Strong nails and bones 

Thoughts/ review : For me a daily vitamins are always essential to ones daily life and I was super keen to try this one. I love trying new products that will contribute to a healthy lifestyle. However when it comes to any multivitamin I somehow experience nausea.

With this particular vitamin I too experienced some brief nausea on day1(took it in the morning) the next day was fine and vomited on day3 probably because I had milk right after. I then tried a different a approach and started taking it mid afternoon or after eating lunch and this was much better for me the rest of the course . Since taking the multivitamin for a few weeks now , I do see a difference in my nails especially it seem more healthy and a more pinkish colour than what it use to be - pale and white and  brittle and seems way more healthy no brittle and dull nails. I also seem to have more energy than usual feeling less fatigue.  I also have no issues with bowel movements and they seem very normal with taking this multivitamin compared to others.

Sleep + Anxiety

                                             

• Improves Sleep Quality and limit feelings of anxiety.

Thoughts/ review : Now this was one I was extremely excited to try because I suffer with anxiety and super anxious time to time which interferes with my sleeping routine. My mind is extremely busy all the time especially at night I cannot seem switch off. I have taken the Sleep = Anxiety multiple nights now when I'm feeling super anxious and I must say I wake up more refreshed and rested the next morning without body stiffness. I also find that taking it after supper so it gives it time to set in and gives it ample time to calm my system. I also find that my palpitations seem more less as there are some nights where I don't even feel anxious but get them closer to bed time. I had no side effects taking this one. I do recommend if you want to improve your sleep quality 100% .

Trend : The Shacket

Hi Lovelies ,

Hope you all well and good, I've been a bit off the radar but hopefully I'm back haha . Wow the winter season came too quickly I lowkey miss summer days but excited for winter and winter fashion.  

One of the trendy items that one must have for the upcoming winter is definitely the SHACKET . I have one since last year but haven't had the time to style it as yet ! It seems to very popular this year and I'm definitely going to make an effort to wear mine this year.

You get them in all shades of colours , some plain , some short some long , flannel print fabric , pleather , quilted and even corduroy.

Review : The Body Shop - White Musk Eau De Parfum

Hi Beauties,

How are you? I hope you doing great! Today on the the blog I will be reviewing 3 awesome fragrances from The Body Shop - the White Musk Eau De Parfum Range which was sent to me in the Self - care package I received last year.

Firstly how gorgeous is this packaging? Every bottle seem so clean yet the colour label on the package gives each bottle a sense of character.

White Musk Eau De Parfum Radical 15ml : for those who love nature and a sense of greenery . I found that this scent was very subtle and I will use it daily.

White Musk Eau De Parfum Lover 15ml : for those that love floral scents and spicy scents this one is for you. I would use this one on an occasion as I feel its if you in the mood for a stronger scent.  

White Musk Eau De Parfum Free 15 ml : for this that love a more clean airy scent. I love that after 20mins after applying how fresh the scent is compared to when applying as it might seem strong at first.

Apparently these are topper fragrances that can be mixed with the original White Musk to create your own unique scent, interesting I'm definitely going to purchase the original to try with these and see if there is any difference.

My favourite of the 3 is 'Free' - I like that the scent is powerful yet fresh once applied .I also like that the sent do last for awhile and I love the fact the bottles are small and can fit into your little sling bag and doesn't cause any extra weight.

Review : Nivea Sun UV Face Anti Age and Anti Pigments Q10+ SPF50

Hot days are here and what better way to better protect yourself from the sun is a good Sunblock especially for the face. Today I will be sharing a little review on the Nivea Sun UV Face Anti Age and Anti Pigments Q10+ SPF50 

I'm currently on the hunt to find the perfect sunscreen especially for my face. I was gifted this from a friend and I was like why not give it a try.

• Fights appearance of sun induced fine lines , wrinkles and pigment slots

I've been using it over a month now and what I love about this sunscreen is that it's ideal for everyday use , the texture of the sunblock is super smooth and does not have a stickiness like some other sunblock. It also don't give off the white look after applying. I have combination skin / sometimes sensitive but didn't get any reaction which is great. I also love that it does  not give of a ton of shine after applying and a more moisturized look. They say even though its cloudy we should still wear sunblock and I'm really getting myself use to that.

Review : The Body Shop Fresh Raspberry Range

Just like that we ending off January soon I cannot believe it. For me the month went rather quickly.

It's Sunday and what better way to pamper myself out with some of The Body Shop Products. Today on the blog I will be reviewing some products of the Fresh Raspberry Range.

A while ago I was gifted a self-care box from The Body Shop with a few of their products of different range products to try out, instead of just throwing the reviews out at once I wanted to take each range and take my time to use each product and share my thoughts.

If you follow my blog you must know I'm a huge Body Shop fan and will always be excited to try out their products. I was very excited to get to try the fresh Raspberry Range as it's different to what I usually buy. Let's dive right into it.

Fresh Raspberry Gel Body Scrub (250ml) - R255 

What was really intriguing about this scrub is that it looked jam like , the scent is super sweet but once applied to the body it leaves a fresh fragrant of raspberry scent. I really love that it's a gel body scrub and the feeling of the granules on the body giving it a gentle exfoliate.

Fresh Raspberry Hydrating Body Mist (100ml) - R190 -limited edition

A lovely lightweight body mist enriched with hyaluronic acid which smells absolutely amazing once applied.  

Fresh Raspberry Shower Gel (250ml) - R115 - limited edition

Made with raspberry fruit extract , the body shop never disappoint with a shower gel. This was defz my summer go to when heading to the shower.

I would suggest this range to someone who loves a sweet rich scent. My fav product from the three is the Body Scrub because I love that it acts as an exfoliant because sometimes I forget that exfoliating the body is just as important as the face , but as a whole I really love the fresh Raspberry range and will defz purchase.

This post was long overdue just didn't have the time to finish it up but still wanted to post it but I hope you enjoyed it and if you spot this at The Body Shop or Clicks and want to try something new the fresh raspberry range it is(It was a limited addition so I'm not sure if you will find it).

Hello 2022

 Hi Lovelies 

HAPPY NEW YEAR ! wow we already halfway through January , hectic is it me or is 2022 already going super faaassssst! 

To anyone new here my Name is Nabeelah - my blog space covers all things Fashion , Beauty , Lifestyle , some places I visit and anything that interest me and things I think my audience would love.

By now some of you have returned to work , campus , school and life has somewhat returned to normal as we all get back into the swing of things. 

To be honest I'm over the new year new me , instead just taking each day as it comes and trying to be the best version of myself I can be with no expectations.

Don't get me wrong I do love that the new year is a sense of  a clean slate and I love the fact that it gives everyone a new hope of new beginnings or a fresh perspective to what can be.

This post is just to wish all of you reading this a prosperous year ahead and I wish its filled with nothing but goodness and greatness for you. To those who are not in a good space I hope you find the peace you seeking for. 

What I love doing before getting into the full swing of things is decluttering and just cleaning up spaces that need attention. I tried setting small goals but I will see how that goes.

I know last year was not the greatest and easiest for most but we made it and we can be proud that we got through , lets manifest that 2022 it going to be great.
