Review : Nature's Nourishment Skin Cleanser For Sensitive Skin

Today I will be sharing a new facial cleanser that I've been using for quite some time now about 4-5 months to be exact,  it's called the Nature's Nourishment Skin Cleanser for sensitive skin.

I was always wanting to give this facial cleanser a go because I've read such good things about it and I needed a cleanser at the time because my skin was just looking not so great because I did not have any cleanser left at the time and needed one asap.

Firstly I loved that it was super budget friendly and I only payed R39.95 can you believe it ?! I was even more impressed when it took care of my blackhead problem on my nose area. This cleanser is a bit different to the normal ones I use like its not a foamy texture once applied it gives a instant soft feel , like you applying Vaseline and leaves your face feeling soft after using . I also love the fact that its a 2-1 as the packaging says it can be used for face and body.

I rate this product 5/5 and would definitely purchase again , so for all those that have a sensitive skin type and on a budget I would 100% recommend.

Review : LUX Botanicals Skin Rejuvenate Honeysuckle and Neroli Oil Shower Gel

 Hi Beauties , 

Hope you having a good day to the day so far. Today on the blog I will be reviewing a new shower gel I tried from the LUX Botanicals Range - Skin Rejuvenate Honeysuckle and Neroli Oil Shower Gel.

The LUX Skin Rejuvenate is made with a blend of honeysuckle and neroli oil. With these natural ingredients it will most definitely refresh your skin and awaken its natural glow.

 I must say the packaging really gives a hint of what to expect , the yellow flower imagery gave a sense of summer freshness and I must say it was the perfect body wash for the summer season. When applying the body wash after a lather you can instantly get a good scent of freshness to uplift the mood instantly. I would definitely purchase more of the botanicals range again. I loved the fact that it was a different type of scent for a change to my usual and gave a different , lighter aroma which I liked. I also like that it is paraben free , sustainable ingredients are used and all packaging are made from recyclable packaging. I'm looking forward to trying the other shower gel from the LUX Botanicals Range.

Hello 2023

 Hello my fellow online friends 😁,

Wow and just like that the first month of 2023 is over can you believe it! HAPPY FEBRUARY YA'LL! I will always be amazed how quickly the days are going by.

I feel that some people did so much in January or is it just me? 

If you new here... WELCOME! This is my little online space where I share everything Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle or basically anything I feel I like that will hopefully interest you.

Approaching the New Year is always refreshing and it gives us an opportunity for new hopes and dreams, for some it will feel the same and there is no way out but that's okay too, surviving each day is enough. 

I've been meaning to write this post forever but you know life happens. 

I don't have much to say, so I will be keeping this short and sweet -  firstly I would like to thank all those that read my blog posts its truly appreciated and to those that are new here I hope you come back and find awesome posts that will be beneficial to you.

 For now my wish for everyone and anyone as I always say... is that I only wish goodness upon you for the upcoming year and let's see what 2023 has in store for us. 

I feel like I somehow repeat myself for annual new year post but anyway.. 

My goal this year is... I'm looking forward to create some awesome content and really really try to be consistent and be a bit more active with my content... I really hope I can do this as I always seem to disappoint myself but I'm going to try and push, if not I tried. I must say this is such a different scent to the usual, the cucumber and green tea has a super fresh smell once applied and is definitely great for welcoming the upcoming season Spring/ Summer. Review : Sh'zen Mixed Emotions Eau De Parfum

 Hey Beauties , 

Hope you are well and enjoying the weekend. Today on the blog I'm sharing a new fragrance -   Mixed Emotions Eau De Parfum by Sh'zen. 

This sent is definitely for someone who loves something citrus . This is normally not my ideal type fragrance but it grew on me as I wore it over time. Once the fragrance settles in the skin its not that potent as you might think which is nice because you can smell the sweetness of the citrus and vanilla.

The fragrance has an energetic lightness of bergamot , Juniper Berry and Lemon and a depth of vanilla. 

If you someone who loves their scent to linger when entering the room this might be the fragrance for you giving you the extra empowering feeling you need. I also love how aesthetically pleasing the bottle looks , I love how simple and minimal it is. The Fragrance retails for R539.

Review : VitaminMe - Daily Multivitamin and Sleep + Anxiety Vitamins

Hope you are all having a good day thus far! Today on the blog I will be discussing some health products that have been sent over by a brand called Vitamin ME . If you are looking to improve your health and getting the proper vitamins I'm sure you will be able to find a vitamin to suit your specific needs to gain your full optimal health.

I was asked to choose the ones I was interested in to test ,  I gave my list and they kindly sent me the following . I used my answers from the online test to give me an idea of what I needed most.

In this post I will be reviewing the Daily Multivitamin and Sleep + Anxiety.

 Daily Multivitamin 

• Improves energy levels 
• Promotes healthy immune system
• Supports Strong nails and bones 

Thoughts/ review : For me a daily vitamins are always essential to ones daily life and I was super keen to try this one. I love trying new products that will contribute to a healthy lifestyle. However when it comes to any multivitamin I somehow experience nausea.

With this particular vitamin I too experienced some brief nausea on day1(took it in the morning) the next day was fine and vomited on day3 probably because I had milk right after. I then tried a different a approach and started taking it mid afternoon or after eating lunch and this was much better for me the rest of the course . Since taking the multivitamin for a few weeks now , I do see a difference in my nails especially it seem more healthy and a more pinkish colour than what it use to be - pale and white and  brittle and seems way more healthy no brittle and dull nails. I also seem to have more energy than usual feeling less fatigue.  I also have no issues with bowel movements and they seem very normal with taking this multivitamin compared to others.

Sleep + Anxiety

                                             

• Improves Sleep Quality and limit feelings of anxiety.

Thoughts/ review : Now this was one I was extremely excited to try because I suffer with anxiety and super anxious time to time which interferes with my sleeping routine. My mind is extremely busy all the time especially at night I cannot seem switch off. I have taken the Sleep = Anxiety multiple nights now when I'm feeling super anxious and I must say I wake up more refreshed and rested the next morning without body stiffness. I also find that taking it after supper so it gives it time to set in and gives it ample time to calm my system. I also find that my palpitations seem more less as there are some nights where I don't even feel anxious but get them closer to bed time. I had no side effects taking this one. I do recommend if you want to improve your sleep quality 100% .
